NEW Ethiopia Damo just dropped on our website! From Asefa Dukamo Korma, the same producer who brought us Bombe earlier this year, this coffee is grown by local farmers in a unique microclimate found on the slopes of the Shanta Globa Mountain. Cherries are the brought to the nearby Damo Washing Station to be processed.
– Damo is Naturally processed which means the cherries are left around the coffee seeds as they dry—imparting all of their flavour. At Damo, the cherries dry for 22-25 days. Expect a total fruit bomb in the cup!
