  • Once your order is placed, we send the most recently roasted coffee beans we have in stock.
  • To preserve the quality & aroma; we recommend whole beans (a.k.a we do not ship ground coffee).
  • All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars.
  • Items shipped in Canada/us will be quote real-time rate from Canada Post.
  • Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge ($150 for US orders)
  • Due to our roasting schedule, we ship coffees twice per week, on Wednesday & Friday.
  • Items ordered before 10 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be eligible for shipping the following day.
  • In extreme weather conditions (see: winter), shipping/delivery times are out of our control.
  • Online orders are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 7 days from the shipping date.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost on a refund or exchange.
  • Items with manufacturer’s default or defect are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Used items with scratches or damages are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please check for any scratches or damages before using.
  • Items without their original packaging are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Items with lost value due to buyer’s consumption or usage are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Items without the original tag, label or other attached parts are non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • 100 point is equivalent to $1 discount at HelloDemello.com
  • Points are not redeemable for cash.
  • Points are deducted from the account automatically if product is returned.
  • Points cannot be used in store. Points are only redeemable on online orders.
